Cancellations We will contact you to confirm a start time for your service. Sometimes the desired time may not be available. In this case, if none of our availabilities adapts to your request, you can cancel the booking free of charge. The boat has guest insurance. CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation by the client with the following notice: Up to 15 days before the event - 100% refund Between 14 days and 48 hours before the event - 50% refund Cancellation 48 hours before the event - NO refund Under any circumstances We do not accept cancellations once the service has started. WEATHER CANCELLATION: 48 hours before the start of the service we have a good and reliable weather forecast. In case of bad weather forecast, the customer has the option to cancel the service or leave for another day. In case of cancellation for this reason and in this time period, a refund of 100% will be provided, with the exception of administrative expenses never higher than 5%. Under no circumstances we accept cancellations once the service is started. Bad weather means heavy rain, strong winds or sea conditions that endanger navigation or the guests or crew. The right of cancellation for weather matters is always on hands of the company. Noire Waters main goal is to offer a service that customers are satisfied with and have a good time onboard. If we are not going to be able to fulfill this goal we will inform and advise the customer about the cancellation. No services will be cancelled due to light rain or cloudy weather.
